BEFORE: For the Doctors?

This 'work', directly across from the flats of many families with children, needs emergency treatment. I've got two proposals:

1) Someone simply adds 'Sponsored by British American Tobaccco and EDO' and include their logos.

Or

2) It be painted over with a nice colour like Sap Green
